CHEETAHS!!! early meeting tuesday...blech!

lederr

Cathlete
yes, ANOTHER early meeting! man, i can't wait until school gets out! i am still nauseous this morning but am going to try to go workout. possibly steady state ont he EXT or LowMax. i just feel like i need to do something. i will catch up on yesterday's posts later.

so, ladies...will it be july or august? it doesn't matter for me because we go back to work (not the kids) the third week of july, so either way i'll have to take time off. i think it is so nic that cathe is doing two since last year's sold out so quickly. now, i need to find out which day i'll be stalking my computer!!!

i hope all you cheetahs are having a great morning! MWAH!

Gm, cheetahs! :7 :7 :7

Christine :: I read through the thread with trepidation that the news wouldn’t be good, but that is just FANTASTIC about Kimo’s turnaround. I’m so relieved & happy for all of you! Clean and presses with a 26?? Good Lord. I accidentally tried to use the 25 for some TGUs the other day. *lol* It was more like a Turkish lie-down-and-stay-down.

Wendi :: another jam-packed day for you…hope your neck is feeling better.

Sunny :: oh, my hip feels good—it’s the quad area near the knee. ^^ 5s on going heavier!

Shelly :: sweet run yesterday!...I *think* it’s some ITB tightness…Just something I want to watch b/c I noticed it last fall and am just a tad concerned that it’s back and I’m just getting started here.

Judy :: great to see you back from the college tour! You’ve covered a lot of ground. Am interested in the ongoing feedback on NROL4W. Glad to hear it’s going well for you and Sunny.

Wendy :: Sounds like you’ve had a fabulous time in FL…so glad to hear it! Yeah, a lot has developed with Chicago. Dallas, Posh, and I are registered to run. Christine & Carole are coming to hang out & support. Linda, Lorie, (run) and Jackie(support) are maybes. Any chance you’d reconsider? I can’t think of a better way to run a first mary than with a group of fabulous cheetah women. There are rookies and veterans alike, who’ll be training together and supporting one another…think about it, please!!! No doubt in my mind we can do it. Who knows when else we might have this kind of gathering?

Carole :: that’s a good idea…I will talk to her about it…I also ordered Pain Free finally. I’ll see if those exercises don’t help before I make an appointment. Glad you were able to sleep in. There is no HM in Chicago that weekend.

Dallas :: I think you definitely need to get outside for some of your runs, if possible. BTW, I ordered the Bingham book yesterday. Can’t wait to get it! Oprah’s time was 4:30. That surprised me. I guess it would be more realistic of me right now to merely shoot for sub-5. I’m being a little cautious about the quad/ITB thing…after the AT experience, I think I’ve learned to recognize the difference between the good kind of sore and an “ut oh.” I’ll start by talking to the chiro, foam rolling, stretching, and doing the Pain-Free exercises (when I get the book).

Jackie :: Wow, 65 on the bent rows…that’s some serious weight!...How’s that DOMS?...GREAT about Chicago! I hope as many cheetahs as possible will be enabled! :7

Lorie :: So sorry you’re not feeling well! Hope that bug ships right on outta there. Personally, I suggest rest rather than working out while nauseous…but that’s why you’re the Wonder Twin! You’re crazy-insane like that. :7…Boy, are you getting slammed with early morning meetings or what?

Linda :: I will keep my fingers crossed! Tell DH this is a rare opportunity to run a marathon with this much company & support! I’m sure you could room with someone else and that would bring down the cost of the room, at least.

Re: the ROAD TRIP, I would probably shoot for the August one, but now that Cathe’s site is blocked from work, I don’t see how I could even try to register. Oh well. I can probably meet y’all at the Five Points Diner again for some SCRAPPLE, Carole’s favorite. ;) *lololol*

Last night, I had a late team leader’s meeting and then had to bag my workout to finish the grading of the stories (I didn’t get all the way through on Sunday) and a couple of late pieces that straggled in. My grades have to be in the computer, so it just had to get done. I really didn't mind giving the leg some rest, either. Tonight’s plan calls for XT and since I received Weber’s EKB workout, I think I’ll give it a go. I’m still looking at Galloway’s plan and am not sure I’m lovin’ it. I really like having Mondays as rest days. Might need to do some tinkering. But I'll wait to see what Bingham’s plans look like.

Have a GREAT day, friends!

"Do you want to feel my spatula?" Run, Fat Boy, Run

Lorie - enjoy (?) your meeting. Hope it's over painlessly!

Cathy - You're cracking me up about the Turkish get down and stay downs! I can do 2 on each side with a struggle with my 26 pound bell, but that's it. Good job at getting your grading done. I'll bet it feels good to be caught up! Thanks for the happy thoughts about Kimo.

Kimo seems to be stabilized. She's not 100% back to her old self, but she's about 75%, which I'll take any day! I just need to figure out what to feed her as I'm not going to feed her the crap that the vet says to. So, I'm going to try a home cooked diet (I know - my dogs are spoiled). And speaking of spoiled dogs, Jimmy has never been alone (he's always had Kimo with him). Yesterday, with Kimo at the vets and us at work, he was. My nightbor called and said that Jimmy was pacing through the garage whining looking for someone to be there. I went home over lunch and brought him to work with me, but jeez!! Now I have to figure out how to get him used to being alone - he's such a social dog. Today will be ETK and ITR AND the first run with DD15 - we have not done that yet.

Good Morning/Afternoon sweet Cheetahs!

I just witnessed two beautiful strong dear literally dash past my window. What a site! They pass by often , but not usually in broad daylight.

Christine- The news about your sweet Kimo is a pleasant surprise! What a great idea to make her clean food. I hope it is doable.

Cathy- The group keeps growing for Chicago. Are you thinking of having a team t shirt?

Linda- I am sorry to read about DD's situation. We can only hope for a smooth transition. I hope you get to Chicago :) I do not remember, have you run marathons in the past?

Wendy- welcome back. Your weekend away sounded fun!

Wendi- Thanks for the explanation on your head. I am glad you are OK. Concussions can be scary. DS suffered one this year in Hockey and he was quite confused for a few hours.

Lorie- Are you on the mend? nauseousness is so hard to manage. When does your school year end?

So, how many of the Cheetahs contemplating a Cathe Road Trip? I am pretty booked for the summer already. DS will be skating for a team out of Philadelphia, and I will have to be there with him for camp in July. I am hoping to get to Cathe's gym for a class with Cathe while he is on the ice. In August DS and I are scheduled on a sports ventures tour to Germany. It is hockey based, but not competitive. (The company markets these tours to families with kids' sports in mind. This way DS gets to play hockey each day on the trip, and we get a great tour of Germany, parts of Austria and Northern Italy)

Today is NROL stage 1 WO A. I may add 30" cardio. I have no DOMS from my heavy WO on Sunday. I thought 60# Dead lifts would cause some , but I guess not.

Sunny- Are you adding cardio on your NROL days? I know we are not supposed to. And in later stages I know I will not want to add more cardio, especially if I am playing golf 2-3 times per week.

PS- I am so pleased because DH is trying to lose weight and I convinced him to lift weight in addition to his TM sessions. He has DOMS every day and is positive about it so far. Keep your fingers crossed.

Judy - how beautiful! I love seeing deer. They are so graceful. Kimo's food should be fairly easy - basically brown rice, ground turkey, green beans, broccoli and some supplements. Has to be high in fiber and low in fat and very consistent. I can do that. I'll stop by the store tonight to get what I need. Wow your summer sounds incredible, especially the trip to Europe. What a great idea!

Road trip - I won't be able to make it. The July date, DH will be in Australia and the August date we'll be in North Carolina. x(

Good (barely) Morning Cheetahs!:)

I'm not quite awake yet despite chugging 2 cups of java! That's what the BARELY is for. ;)

I have to convince my brain to convince my body that it needs to exercise today. I didn't exercise AT ALL while I was away. I had good intentions but did not have the time. Early mornings were about it but I just couldn't drag my butt outta bed early enough. Oh well. :-( I weighed myself and I am only 1 pound up which is fine but I KNOW I am bloated from all of the bad eats and alcohol that was consumed. }(

FLA was definately fun. I didn't want to leave. I wanted another day to play! Isn't that always the case? ;)

Well, the July Cathe road trip is most likely not a possibility for me as we are supposed to going down to Ocean City MD for a long weekend that w/e. The August date is a possibility though I still haven't decided if I TRULY want to do this or not. I adore the Cheetahs and would LOVE to get to meet any/all of you that may go but after "crashing" it last year with Cathy (which was AWESOME!), I'm just not so sure it's my kind of thing, if you know what I mean. I am going to see what the consensus is of all of you gals and any others I have the desire to meet while there and then make my decision. :)

As for Chicago, I don't know. I just don't feel ready to commit to a full mary yet. As much as you all KNOW I would absolutely LOVE to be there to cheer Cathy on and meet everyone but that would mean blowing off the 18 miler and right now it's something that I really want to do. I think it is going to make me feel soooo much more comfortable going for a fully mary in the future...Ack, this stinks! x( Where's tantrum girl when I need her!? ;)

Alright, now that all of that has been discussed, I guess I should go get the munchkin and get ready to head to the gym. I also have to pick up Clyde this morning. :)

I'll be back later for personals.

Missed you girls! M-W-A-H! :*

BFN!

Good morning cheetahs

Lorie...I will most likely pass on the RT's this year. I went last year and felt if there was one this year to give others a chance who did not get to go last year. Besides, the mess I went thru in Atlanta just trying to get to NJ was enough to make me skip this year...Sorry about the early meeting...hope the nauseousness goes away!

Cathy...I think getting Pain Free is a great idea. I still do the hip exercises. I didn't think there was a HM in Chicago that weekend...no problem...:)...LOL, no Scrapple for ME this year!! I bet if you check enough mary plans, one will be right. You can always tweak another day for rest. Did you check the RW site? They might have a beginner's mary schedule. How fun you got another person to do Chicago!

Christine...Such good news about Kimo's turnaround! Her diet you are making sounds good. I bet Jimmy was lonely without her yesterday...wished you lived close and I could dogsit...:D...I hope the run with DD15 goes well...

Wendy...welcome home! I think the 1st day back from a trip can be tough. 1 lb up is nothing, see how you feel about working out later. I won't make the RT this year. I think you are smart to stick to your 18 miler. I just wish it was on another day! Hey, I ordered Jumpsnap...:D

Judy..cool about the deer. I see some on my morning runs occasionally. I will pass on the RT. I will keep my fingers crossed for your DH...I just want to know how you got him started!!

Wendi...I will pass on the RT's this year. Glad you didn't hit your head too hard.

Dallas...I have always thought doing most of your training outside for marathons is best, but I think if you just got in at least your long run outside and the rest on the TM you would be fine. I doubt I will run the marathon in Chicago, I will just be there with Christine to cheer you on. I think dreads is way cute but nothing special in his voice to me. I have thought from the beginning Archulletta would win it all.

Jackie...I will slowly work up the weight amount for my lower body and go back to 3 days a week. I have been doing curls and extensions with a lower weight (especially curls) and one I get that weight back up I will be getting out of freestyle. Way to go on 65 lbs for the rows...I think the only thing I can use the 30 lb dumbbell for is plie squats!!

Linda..I think Chicago will be fun and hope you will be able to go. Hope you had a nice rest day.

I ended up doing PUB sho & tri's instead of GS yesterday. I might do heavy one week and endurance the next and alternate that for upper. So today will be PUB Bi's and Back, GS legs standing and I think KPC...

Have a great day...:)

Good morning Cheetahs!

Christine - That's good news about Kimo! Hope she continues to improve. Prayer has power. Poor Jimmy. Hope you get something figured out to help him adjust. Good luck with the meals for Kimo. Just so glad to hear she's better. Can't wait to hear how DD does with her first run.

Lorie - Another early morning meeting? They need to give out awards for those. Sorry you're still not feeling well. Any idea what's causing it? Hope you feel well enough to get in an easy workout. I'll be passing on the Road Trip this year. Maybe next time.

Cathy - Have a sore chest this morning. Looked at the Chicago Marathon site yesterday. Why am I looking at the site? Please don't cause me to register for a full mary. :9 Glad you're almost finished with that grading. Enjoy your workout today. Yay for your friend registering. You keep this up and you will have a big crowd there with you. :)

Judy - Sorry you don't have DOMS from the heavy lifting. Maybe it's coming soon. That's great about DH. Hope he meets his goal.

Wendy - Welcome back! Glad you had a fun and safe trip. I'm sure you will be back on track in the next few days. So understand about your desire to do your 18 miler. You hate to set that goal in your mind and not get to do it.

This morning's workout was the warm up from LIS. Then I did iTread #26 and got in 3.1 miles in 26:47. I'm getting ready for my 5K race on Saturday. After that glorious run, I did the weights from LIS. Really like the shorter weight workouts because I can lift heavier and it's not a lot of reps. Tomorrow will be leg day.

Enjoy your day ladies!

Jackie

Good Morning!

I still have to work out. I didn't wake up 6:30A when DD's alarm went off. :( Not sure what day 2 of the recovery week says, so I'll do that and cardio. I really enjoyed Magically Hips y-day. :) Who is going to go to the RT? Either date could work for me. I'll have to check sport schedules.

Lorie ~ Thanks for the heads up on the RT e-mail. I hadn't seen it until you mentioned it. How are you feeling?

Wendi ~ So glad it wasn't too bad, however you still had a concussion.

Linda ~ I know it's bugging me that I can't find the issue I had seen it in last week. Let me know if you find it again.

Jackie/Cathy ~ I'll have to rearrange some things so I can manage w/o's outside. It might mean later in the day when DH gets home, but then there's practices/games. Hmmm. DS5 finishes preschool really soon too.

Christine ~ Great news about Kimo!!!!! :7

Cathy ~ Really!??!?! about Oprah's time. Well, that's not happening!!! lol I hope you nip this ITB thing in the bud sooner than later. I got orthotics after an ankle injury. NOw my hair stylist said her doc said no more than 3 miles in them. I was never told that. Have you heard anything like that? I asked if it was just the breaking in phase because I did have a specific plan he gave for that. She said, no. I may go back and get another pair that has more flexibility in them. Sounds like you're getting a lot of folks to run w/you. I won't feel too bad then if the half doesn't go well and decide not to run the full. Time will tell.

Judy ~ Anything else you have to do this summer??! WOW! You definitely have a full plate. Sounds fun though. Way to go for your DH!

Wendy ~ Welcome back! Really the RT isn't your thing? How come? I'd be so excited to meet Cathe & crew.

Carole ~ Nice w/o plan! Thanks for the training advice. I know more outside running is better. Next year when my little guy gets on the bus that is my plan. I can't wait for that, but I can, however, wait for him to start kindergarten. :(

Jackie ~ Way to go on your treadmill w/o!! Yes! Sweet home Chicago in October!!! :)

Hi to the rest of the Cheetahs! Better knock out this workout. I have several stops to make today.

I'm back.

I did ITread 19/30 sprints which put me at 5k, then a 5 minute walking break and then one ten min mile for a total of 4.10 miles. Feels good to be back at it. :) Not sure if I will hit any kind of weights at nap time or not. I am leaving that open. If I'm not feeling like it, I'm not going to force it.

Dallas: I want to meet all of the Cheetahs plus some others I have formed friendships with on the forums. There are also a few whom I would not consider a friend so to speak but whom I have had interaction with and would love to meet as well BUT I just don't know that the RT is the way to go for me. I am shy. If I go on the roadtrip with 100+ other Catheites I will no doubt only talk to a small fraction of them and will probably feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable amidst a large crowd of women whom I do not know. I am not going to be up for taking 4 tough fitness classes in a matter of 2 days with very little sleep in between. I was thrilled to quickly meet and get a pic with Cathe last year but again, I'm shy. I would not know what to say to her if I REALLY had the opporunity to speak with her. I'd feel like a bumbling idiot so I'd rather go to one of her regular classes at the gym if I ever get the chance where there would be absolutely NO PRESSURE to meet her/speak to her in person if I were uncomfortable. I'd also prefer to set up separate smaller GTG's to meet/hang out with the Cheetahs or whomever else I might want to meet. I don't know...the "idea" of the RT is very exciting and TRUST ME I wanted to go on it last year but after losing the opportunity I really thought about it and I just don't know if it's for me. I had a blast "crashing" it with Cathy though and would do that again if the opportunity arose.:)

WOW, that was a long explanation ey? LOL

Okay, time for lunch! I'll be back with more personals in a bit!

Ciao for now!:)

Wendy ~ I understand. I am super shy too, but thought that it wouldn't get the best of me.??? You're so well liked on the forum. I can't imagine it being a problem. I can't believe that your shy though....really??!?! ;-) I would also sound like a bumbling idiot if I got to talk to Cathe. I bet you two had fun crashing the party. }( Did you meet a lot of ppl last year? What did they say about the 4 classes? Were they dying? Nice run! I don't think I've tried that combo.

Oh, I found a much better website that is better updated on races around here. Yippee! I hope the kid's schedule enables me to sign up for a few now.

Time to check backpacks for homework. I ended doing only Core Synergistics before I left for errands. I hate that workout, but it works everything so well. I even did better on the banana roll and the bow to boat (was that the name?). :) I had the opportunity to run errands while DS was at a friend's house. I had to take advantage of that. ;-) I'll get some sort of cardio in before the night is through.

Have a good one!

Hi Cheetahs- Trying to get in a quick post here before our prospective realtors show up. I got in a very nice tough hilly 6 mile trail run after work and later today I'll be doing ITR :)

Lorie- Poor baby.... still dealing with the nausea! I hope you take it easy on yourself today! I was at the RT last year and had a BLAST!! With everything going on with the move I can't take the time or money for it this year but like Cathy I'll definitely be up for a GTG on the side with any Cheetahs who'll be attending.

Cathy- Hey- I'll meet you at the 5 points again for some of that yummy scrapple:p

ooops.... gotto go. the realtors are here... I'll be back later.

ShellyC

Hello again~ Well, the realtors have come and gone. Got the expected gloom and doom report about the market. Well, it was pretty much what I expected. The good news is that we bought and built this place before the prices really exploded so we can afford to price it reasonably even in this market. Okay, finish up with some personals now.

Christine- Glad to hear your dear sweet Kimo is doing better. That is just so precious about Jimmy- poor guy just needs to have other dogs or people around! Going for a run AND ITR???? wooohoooo... a real shelly workout for you today }(

Judy- Great news that your DH is set on losing weight... can you tell me what secret you have to motivate him.... I'd like to use it on my DH! Hey.... when you know for sure when you are going to be in the Philly area taking Cathe's class let me know... I'll join ya!!!

Carole- PUB... hmmmm I was thinking of this one. I never did get around to doing upperbody work yesterday... I slept instead!

Jackie- AWESOME 3 miler on the TM !!!! I think you're going to be smokin on that 5k!!

Wendy- Sounds like you had a great time in Florida... don't blame you for wishing you were still there! Just wanted to let you know I am definitely still with you on that 18 miler. If you change your mind and want to go for Chicago in Oct I'll go for that too. Whatever:p I'm a flexible but crazy cheetah!

I think I'm about caught up for now.

tata

ShellyC

Good evening ladies!

Sorry I never got here this morning. I was a bit tight on time and just had a lot to get done in a short period of time, which might be why I had such an awesome run this morning...hilly 5.3 miles in 45:15! I'm so, so psyched to be sub 9 minutes again!!! I think I ran fast because I knew the faster I ran the more miles I could log :p.

You know, although I'm *beyond* stoked about the RTs I got to thinking that, between hotel and registration, it's really too much money for me to spend on a weekend, especially after caving and ordering STS. Also, Wendy's post got me thinking about "crashing" again and I think that's the way I'm going to go. I'll probably take the Friday step class and will meet a few new Catheites (the "early birds") instead of an overwhelming 104...yeah, I'm quite shy, too. Also, I found that Cathe had much more time to spend chatting with us after that class with the *much* smaller group. Does anyone else want to join me? Either weekend works for me.

Lorie - You sound like you're feeling a bit better if your planning on tackling your EXT or LowMax. Sorry about the early meeting. See ^^^ about the RT. I'd love to catch up with you there!

Cathy - Thanks, the neck feels about 95% today so that works for me :). I can't believe Oprah's time ! Hey, you know what, you might just surprise yourself!!! How awesome to hear that you've got a new addition to the Chicago Pack...you are the Queen Bee of Enabling LOL! Glad to hear that you're *finally* finished with that mountain of grading.

Christine - I'm overjoyed to hear that Kimo's improving...I hope it continues and I will continue to keep her in my prayers. Hopefully Jimmy won't have to deal with being alone just yet...poor baby. I hope you had a great run with DD!

Judy - Oh, what a beautiful way to start the day! I think people think I'm wacko because I just love all of the deer that live around here. Even though I live within "city limits" we still have four (maybe five) herds that live in and around the neighborhood. They're like my running buddies in the early morning. I usually say a quick "Good morning!" to them as I run past, sometimes within 5' or 6' (they are incredibly tame), and they just look at me with a very "ho hum" kind of stare. Poor DS...mine was quite minor, I assure you. How fun that DH is lifting with you! Consider my fingers crossed :).

Wendy - So glad that you had such a wonderful time in FL and thanks for bringing the sun back with ya!!! I appreciate that :D. Nice run today...I'll bet it felt good! Your post to Dallas about your RT reservations is exactly what I was thinking about today after the initial RT excitement wore off. How about a GTG/crash again this year? I could definitely be up for that.

Dallas - Consider me another very shy one. I think it's funny how chatty and open we are with each other here and I think that really says something about how close and supportive this group is. Okay when I watch the infommercial for the X it's Core Syn that really scares the begeeses out of me ...^^^5s!

Shelly - With all the work you've deen doing I'm sure your house will sell before too long. Um, do I even want to know what Scrapple is??? I'm kind of scared.... Count me in on that Cheetah GTG! So what monster workout did you cook up for today?

Jackie - Fantastic run!!! You'll kick some serious booty on Saturday!

Carole - That's so thoughtful of you to give others a shot at going to the RT! GS standing legs *and* KPC...I wouldn't be walking the next day!

I think that catches me up for now. I think I'm going to do some sort of circuit tomorrow morning. I'm thinking BM2 BC premix, or HSTA or, gosh, I don't know, I just need a real calorie burner tomorrow. Any suggestions that are 1 1/2 hours or less?

Gonna go get some shut eye so I'm rarin' to go in the early am. Nightie night!

Lorie – I would love to go on the RT, but we will be going to Montana for vacation in August. If I run Chicago….there will be that trip (although still don’t know if I am gonna be able to go ). Shoot! I missed last year, too! Did you get to go last year? Sorry About the early morning meeting!

Cathy – I am keeping my fingers crossed! But then I keep asking myself…”would I ever be able to even run a marathon?”. Sometimes I feel confident…and sometimes not. So….you’re blocked from Cathe at work, too, huh? Ain’t it a bummer? :<( Shoot! I dug my Marathoning for Mortals out of my drawer at work today, but didn’t bring it home. I could tell you how his plans were. I will do my best to remember to bring it home tomorrow.

Christine – That is great about Kimo! I am sooo glad! I hope she rebounds and does well and is 100%. Yes, 75% is still good!

Judy – No, I have never run a marathon. I have run two half’s ….but never a full. So…who is to say I will even be able to do it. We will see ;>) That is great that your DH is now doing the TM and weights! Are you liking NROWL? I am too booked for the RT , too. Although, I would love to go. Oh my gosh! Germany, Austria and Italy sound wonderful! The deer sound beautiful!

Wendy – Glad you had a good trip! It will take you no time at all to get back on track with your workouts! Your body probably needed the break, anyway. That is really good to only be up one lb! I am shy, too. Very shy, actually. :>( It is strange, though…I feel like I “know” you guys. :>)

Carole – Good job on PUB! That sounds like a good plan that you have, there!

Wendi – Good job on the run this morning! Have fun with the workout you choose n the morning!

Dallas – I didn’t get to check through RW to find that picture! I am picturing that she had on a hot pink top and grey shorts? Does that sound right? I will do my best to check tomorrow. My RW’s are at work, along with my Marathon book. LOL….yes, I do work at work, too…I don’t just “read”. Seriously…I only do that at lunch! Count me as another shy one!

Shelly – I am sorry about the market…but it is really good that you will be able to get a decent price for your house, due to what you paid! Good job on the hilly run!

Jackie = Good workout this morning! Good time on your run!

This morning I did a 5.5 mile run and C&T from GS and also shoulders from GS. Then I did the abs from Firm Vol. I.

Well, I will talk to you guys tomorrow, hopefully! Night, night!

Okay, for some reason I have just not been in the mood to post much today. I really meant to get back for personals today but I'm afraid it's probably not going to happen until tomorrow. I guess I'm feelin' a bit anti-social for some reason. :p

I DID want to say one quick thing tho...

Christine: I have to go back and read up on Kimo as I missed what happened but wanted to say I am soooo relieved that she is headed towards recovery! I'm sure you and your family are all very relieved! Give Kimo a nice long belly rub for me!:+

Alright...I guess I'll go lurk some more...;)

Until tomorrow Cheetah-Babes...:)
