Morning, cheetahs! Bleary-eyed Ski Bunny Cheetah reporting for personals duty.
Linda :: Lately, I’ve been going for 20-30 minute sessions on the EXT. It’s all about time efficiency right now. Did you do the 4DS u/b yesterday?
Judy :: I’m a couch crasher, too. Something about the TV puts me to sleep. Three weeks of S&H is a long time – my hat’s off to you. I think I would get bored, too. At the moment, slow workouts are not my thing.
Wendy :: I’ve never heard of anyone having a problem with keeping the starter earrings in.
As long as something is in there, it shouldn’t close up.
Carole :: Yeah, I think those two make a good pair…The massage was definitely good for the body…it wasn’t BAD…but I like my MT at the spa just a bit better. Thought I’d try to save a few bucks, but really, if you find someone who’s good, why go elsewhere? …How’s the ITB today?
Jackie :: My hair stylist is good, but lately she has been scissors-happy, too…Is the March RW out yet?
Shelly :: No run yesterday – the winds were unbelievable. I’m content with leaning more on the EXT during the winter. I didn’t have time for yoga yesterday since I inserted the kettlebell workout in there. I can’t believe you’re gonna be an East Coast Cheetah soon – yay for us!!!
Christine :: *lol* about DH being “really happy” the previous night…your friends’ house sounds incredible…How’s Jimmy doing?
Dallas :: Good grief, 7 games??? I’m a soccer fan, but I think that'd be a little much even for me.
What was involved in the liver detox?
Sunny :: sounds like a great workout yesterday…I found IC Vol. 2 yesterday at Dick’s…bought it but haven’t opened it…tell me, Ebert, is it worth keeping?
(Enabler) Lorie
:: Thanks for the review of Yoga for Stress Relief. Sounds like it’d be right up my alley right now! Oh yeah, I'm hangin' on to those workouts…Granted, the schedule might get altered a bit when things get really crazy (like now), but I’m not ever making the mistake again of sacrificing my own health for any job.
Wendi :: Sounds like SO did quite well in the tourney. Yeah, that was pretty much my reaction to the oats allergy, too. Whodathunk? Thank God I’m not allergic to cheesecake or anything. Now THAT would be serious! *lol* There are a couple of others, too, but I haven’t eaten them in a long time, so I’m only eliminating the oats right now.
Posh :: it’s good to hear from you…we miss ya when you’re not around…sorry you’ve had a rough go of it lately…(((HUGS))) to you!…Oh, and I absolutely lost it when I read that you’ve “hung out in the vineyards.” Too funny!
Today is a scheduled rest day. I have some meetings after school and then some errands to run immediately after, so I'm thinkin' that works well.
Hope your Monday is smooth and painless, my friends!
