Just came back to say to Jackie...nope, LL did NOT get done tonight. I ate a bazillion cookies instead!:eek:

I need to get a grip NOW before I do serious damage!:confused:

So I've come up with a plan...

Tuesday: Leaner Legs, Abs and Group Groove Class at the gym

Wednesday: Run + CTX Biceps/Shoulders

Thursday: Run

Friday: Upper Body premix of choice + abs

Saturday or Sunday: 15 mile run

Hopefully I will see it through and STOP EATING COOKIES!!!!!:eek::eek::eek:

ETA: Am I the same person who earlier in the day stated that I was OKAY with blowing off work outs and eating crap!?!?! :p
