Laura- Hey, either of your workout plans sounds great to me!!! Why don't you do both and alternate? I'm terrible that way...when people ask me which to do I always say....do it all!!!}( }( Moderation has never been my strong point...at least when it comes to exercise!

Susan- Cardiofusion is fantastic isn't it? I did this one yesterday. Just love it. The mix and match premix will absolutely KILL you (in a good way ;-) ) I've never heard about protein supplements assisting in flushing out lactic acid. If you feel you are deficient in your protein intake this supplement certainly won't hurt you! I'll be curious to hear if you feel this is helping you.
