Checking order received

Hi SNM--

Usually I get a confirming e-mail from SNM about my order. I ordered the day the e-mail went out and still don't have a confirming e-mail. Could you please check and see if it went through? My CC hasn't been charged yet either, but I know that doesn't mean anything.

I had the same thing happen, but fortunately, I printed the final confirmation page once I completed my online pre-order. So at least I know my order # etc.

Maybe they are going to batch process some orders before they send out emails.
