Checking in again

I don't think that one is on the line up Patricia. Thanks for asking though. Oh and don't feel bad, everyone is a giant next to me :D If I ask Santa for height do you think he will give me any? LOL

Maybe I'll make it on a road trip someday and then you can stand next to me and feel like a giant, since I'm only 4'9". ;)
 
Hi, Cathe. I've got a question that seems to have been asked in a few ways, but there's still a BIT of confusion. You will be creating one of your 'normal monthly' rotations using Shock Cardio, after we've had a chance to get to know the workouts. But will there be an STS/Shock Cardio 3 (or 6?) month rotation created as well??? And if so, when might that be shared? I know quite a few are planning on doing an STS rotation with Shock Cardio and that some of us need some guidance on which SC workout to place where in the STS weight rotations.

No problem Gayle! I will do my monthly Shock Cardio rotation in February (possibly January now that the majority have shipped) and the three month STS/Shock Cardio in January. Have a super duper night and a wonderful holiday too :D

Dec. Rotation

Hi Cathe

I have a question conerning the last week of the Dec. rotation. I am understanding correctly that the only day that weights are used is when Leaner Legs are done?
