Cardio Crosstrainers 6-1-02
Hey everyone!!! I hope your week has been great!!! I'm still trying to get into my usual routine after coming back from vacation but I did fairly well this week. We had such a good time at the beach. My son must take after my husband's side of the family because he is just not normal. He does not like the water and he does not like the sand. I am thinking of taking him for swimming lessons in a couple of weeks but I'm not sure it will do any good because he just wants to cling TIGHTLY to me when he's in the water. I am still so excited about him being potty trained though. LOVE IT!
MONDAY: BFRD
TUESDAY: 2 hours of gardening
WEDNESDAY: Totally Cool Step
15 minute stretch
THURSDAY: Total body at the gym
10 minute stretch
FRIDAY: CIA 2202-Step
15 minute stretch
SATURDAY: 2 hours yardwork. Helped my brother cut his grass. Thank goodness it wasn't as high as the last time.
I hope to be in full swing next week if circumstances will cooperate. If I could just get more sleep I think my weariness would subside. My son (did I mention he's potty trained ) gets me up 2 hours earlier because he has to GO but of course does not go back to sleep. Then last night my husband fished from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. by himself. I didn't sleep well because I thought he might sneak in earlier and I would think he was someone breaking in and I would shoot him. So I would snooze lightly and then wake up, snooze lightly and wake up... Enough babbling . Looking forward to hearing about y'alls week!!!!!!
