i am remaining calm but jumping on the inside LOL. if i get to giddy then i can't focus on the next few steps like buying out of this damn lease. i am really hating these apartments and glad this house kept calling me. its right near my running route :D. it needs a little love(ie poor living room has orange shag carpet) but its in sound shape just need to make it our own. and its near EVERYTHING and we are two doors down from a seafood market YUM YUM and behind the sunbeam bakery factory YUMMY YUMMY smells like bread all day and night :9

the molding i know yes the hardwood floors not sure b/c i haven't pulled up the rugs but they are hardwood floor but as to whether they are the orginals i am not sure. but it was in the best shape since they re-did alot of things except those dang carpets LOL

oh my parents are moving in with us its actually 3 bedrooms so they will have downstairs bedroom and we have upstairs so i will have help :) daddy understands my need to be on the boards as well LOL. its minor work besdies what i want to do with the kitchen.but its slow work in progress.but don't worry i will be here :D

when i finally get the kitchen too look the way i want i will be having a BIG party LOL. we found some aweomse tile designs at home depot and we just KNEW that the kitchen was going to have a natural stone look. i will defiently try to get some pics up when we get those keys :). i would like to do some before and after photos.

okay the listing is still up so another way to try to see it would be to go to http://www.lynchburgmls.com click on the big word "consumer" click residential and a screen with a big gray box will come up on the top of the box is MLS # type 219332 in the space sroll down to the bottom of the gray box and click search. the address 2123 Bedford should come up and just click the link.

not sure how long its listed, i guess until i sign the mortgage and offical closing papers but i am giving the sellers some time to finish cleaning out the personal items. it was their mother's home and some of her things are still there,lots of pictures and clothes and stuff so i want to make sure they get all that.
