LOOK AT THOSE ARMS!

In the new photos on the blog, Cedie looks FABULOUS! Of course, everyone looks fabulous, but I have never seen Cedie's arms look like that!

Now I am super-excited!!

I think Cedie has always had great arms. If you have Imax 2, take a look. Even in a cardio routine, those muscles POP.

Cedie's arms looked great on the RT last summer. I've noticed in most of the videos that her arms look pretty well cut.
