Hey are there any weekly check-ins. I see the weight loss one but I know we use to do it on Mondays.. Maybe I'm just not finding it.. THanks I always found it very motivating!
Check ins are usually done on Sunday.I don't know if there are any weight loss checkins now.There use to be.There probably is considering this is the new yr.

Right thanks - guess it was Sunday. Sorry I wasn't clear I saw the weight loss one but I'm not looking for a weight loss one just one to post workouts for the week!
I think maybe you may need to look out for the ecto-chick check in, which I don't think appeared this week. The Ecto-Chicks post their weekly rotations on a Monday.
