Sun. 3.5 mile run

Mon. Taught a hi/lo

Tue. PS SLA

Wed. Taught my last hi/lo

Thu. PS upper body

Fri. Still Steppin'

Sat. rest

HI everyone,
Once again I have to try to remember what I did this week.I think I am going to have to start writing it down somewhere.
Sunday: Jogged 12 kms

Monday:Step and intervals A.M
Jogged 4 Kms P.M
Circuit training with weights

Tuesday: Jogged 8 kms
Slow and heavy biceps and triceps

Wednesday: Circuit weights, power circuit A.M
Walk for 40 minutes and yoga P.M

Thursday: Rythmic step

Friday: Walk/ Jog for 50 min.(Took my little girl for a bike ride I had to run to catch up with her.
Weights upper body

Saturday: Step works before breakfast.
Today hopefully, I will do all of the slow and heavy series...or power hour and a hour of cardio.Not quite sure yet.

Hi!! I hope everyone is well!! :) Here was my week:

Sun. - 1 mile jog, 1/2 mile walk

Mon. - IMax

Tues. - Power Kicks

Wed. - Mega Step Blast

Thurs. - Step Jam; 1 1/2 mile walk, p.m.

Fri. - Powerstrike II; 2 mile walk, p.m.

Sat. - 2 mile walk, a.m.; Buns of Steel 2000 (WAY too easy, and BORING! BLech....So....).....I did IMAX, but only the aerobic portions -- you know, the recovery sections! That was LOTS of fun, actually! I sweat more doing those than Buns of Steel!! I just jogged in place as I fast-forwarded thru the intervals!

Well, I usually do write all my workouts down....HOWEVER, I was on a cruise to Bermuda this past week so really didn't bother to write anything down...What I do remember, however, goes as follows:

Monday: 35 minutes on Stairmaster; some upper body work in boat's gym

Tuesday: 35 minutes on Stairmaster; abs

Wednesday: 2.5 miles around the upper deck of boat

Thursday: Laziness finally hit...Way too much desserts the night before...Did nothing.

Friday: Ditto

Saturday: Ditto

All in all, I'm glad I at least got in 3 days of workouts out of a 7-day cruise!

I had a pretty good week. here is what I did....

Monday: UB from BodyMax, CTX Cardio of Step and Intervals.
Tues: CTX Leaner Legs, and cardio from CTX All Step.
Weds.: Tae Bo Advanced Get Ripped #1.
Thurs.: CTX 10*10*10 cardio and CTX Tri's, Bi's, and Shoulders.
Friday: Cathe's Cardio Kicks
Sat.: MIS

I started the Tank Top Arm's Rotation again. I am going to follow this thru for 12 weeks if it kills me. I like to do a rotation for 4 weeks, and then move on. I have got to do this!!!!

Other than facing the scale and confirming my 6 lb weight gain, my workouts were decent last week.

Monday...Circuit Max (just lower body) + abs

Tuesday...Joyce's Definition(upper body) + BodyMax step&leg circuits

Wednesday...CTX Kickbox cardio only

Thursday...Cory's GHAS + 30 min intervals on recumbent bike + abs

Friday...Kathy Smith Power Step

Saturday...Power Hour

Sunday...planned rest

I really need to clean up my eating!! It's a huge bummer.

Hey guys!

Not a banner week for me.. I didnt post the week before which was heavy on cario - imax, body max, cardio kick, circuit max. I've been doing my own weight work out.

Last week was kick box,cardio kick and upper body 2, lower body 3. I must admit I didnt write things down as usual

Anyhow I've been trying to shake things up -
I felt good with the heavy cardio so I'll try for Imax, body max, cardio kick, circuit max (or get a run in). I had a nice routine going at the gym but work hours (leaving early for kid activities) doesnt make it possible...

Hey eveyone! I'm a little late but life has been hectic to say the least and I probably will not have extra time until about the 2nd week of July. Yuk! My motivation is lacking severely and I am really having trouble just making myself do it. Things have to get better, right? Looks like everyone is doing great!!!:)

MONDAY: Totally Cool Step (30 minutes)
15 minute stretch

TUESDAY: Gym: Chest, back, shoulders, and Biceps
15 minute stretch

WEDNESDAY: Rest day as far as workouts go but I did not rest. I did the flowers for a sit down dinner / wedding shower at my church for our song leader so today was set up day.

THURSDAY: Gym: Triceps, legs and abs.
20 minute stretch...felt sooooo good

FRIDAY: Advanced Step (30 minutes)
15 minute stretch I could barely walk from Thursday's workout! Yikes! This workout helped a little.

SATURDAY: This was a hodge podge day. Took our 3-year-old son fishing for the first time. That was so fun! Cooked for the dinner/shower for Sunday. Stretch for a few minutes. I refuse to call this a rest day!!!!!!

I've done more Hi-Lo this week than I ever have to try to learn routines, but I'm having a good time. Did get in a step tape,however, for my Cathe fix. Did Joyce Vedral weights from Fat Burning workout book in from one of my favorite TV programs (Fox News channel "Fox and Friends").

Had enough birthday cake at a party Saturday for ten people, and actually ate more than the 15 year old boy who was there, too. I guess that makes me a champion cake eater or a glutton.

Deb H...it came from the new Fisher's bakery!!!!!! One of the best cakes I've ever had.
 
Hi Everyone!

I dont' have time to post my check-in right now. (Hope to later today or tomorrow.) Great reading about your week, everyone. HB, we stopped in at the new Fisher's Foods this past week. What a store! We got some great bargains for the "Grand Opening" too! Not sure the bakery pastry we got for us & my in-laws was a bargain, but it sure was good! :7 Hope to check-in later with my workouts. Just started this morning on the7th. week of my hubby working out faithfully with me doing strength workouts !! Woo-Hoo! He is hooked, definitely ADDICTED, thanks to Cathe's fun and challenging tapes! "SEE" you all soon.
