Hi Kelly & Debra! I knew I could count on you ladies helping me. I think your absolutely right in that I need to take some time off to recoup. I love doing Pilates and my 30 min. of cardio. I think next week I'll just stick to this rotation and see how I feel afterwards. It's just so hard to put the guilt feelings aside. Thanks so very much for all your help, Kathy

Tues-Powermax (a.m.) - CTX Kickbox (p.m.)

Wens-Cardio Kicks

Thurs-Unplanned rest (crippled from Cardio Kicks)

Fri-Stepfit (a.m.) - All Step (cardio and abs only) (p.m)

Sat-60 minutes of Cathe cardio (not sure right now)

I got such a chuckle out of your Thurs. -- Unplanned rest, because you were "crippled" by Cardio Kicks from the day before!! I don't have that tape yet, but I know the feeling of being "crippled" by a kick-butt workout!! :) :)
