FINALLY
Hello all. You've seen my posts off and on for a year now, I usually don't do check ins because I had to turn off my home computer and sneak on from work when I can.
After 6 solids months of eating clean as a whistle and working really hard I finally lost the 20 pounds that wasn't budging. Another ten and I am where I am supposed to be. Let me tell you, it's been tough. Finally it all just flew off (the old metabolism finally kicked in). To everyone out there trying to loose right now, HANG TOUGH!!!
My deal is the live gym on Monday for double step--
Spin on Tues-
Cathe on Wednesday--
KickBox on Thursday, Gym or Cathe-
Friday off
Saturday Step at the GYm and Body Pump right after
Sunday- Leg day (weights) at the gym
Plus I do 45 minutes or so of Yoga 2-4 mornings a week and work one upper body part per Cardio workout except Body Pump day.
Cathe comes with me whenever I travel on business (which can be often) and when I go to California for the weekend. I wonder what the floor below thinks when they hear me bouncing around in the Ramada. Hee Hee.
I go through phases where all I do is Cathe if I have a work schedule that makes me miss class. It is so nice to have her to depend on, even at 1 in the morning sometimes.
