With all the positive vibes on the forum today was wondering if anyone wants to start a new check-in. Not that you should be a date on your health but I am thinking Thanksgiving as a notice of change starting point. One where you really up your health from wherever it is. Mine will be to focus more on eating more veggies taking vitamins etc and getting into a routine with exercise and not picking whatever I feel like type workout. I think the focus on health will in turn be a bonus on feeling better and maybe even losing some weight. Anyone else want to start a Thanksgiving thread? I figure why not start now so I enjoy the holidays more and not have to wait for the new year to make resolutions and instead start them now better yet today. I think support and little tidbits are the best way and checking in will make me more aware and conscious of all my decisions. Anyone want to start one with me?
