Gee, me starting a check-in, now there's a first! My eating was nothing short of horrendous this week, but my workouts were decent...

Thursday...Cory's GHAS + CTX Power Circuit cardio + abs

Friday...Planned Rest Day

Saturday...Interval Max + abs (modified out the wazoo!)

Next week's neverending goal...cleaner eating or, in other words, quit the incessant pig-out sessions!!

Have a good week everyone,

:)Stacy

I had a decent workout week, but the eating was very good.

M: Circuit Max
T: 2.2 mile run & stretching
W: Power Hour
T: 3.1 mile run & stretching
F: A couple of dog walks--unplanned rest day
S: Repeat of Friday
S: MIS and 20-minute jog since F&S were supposed to be all three S&H videos!

I can't wait until my trial is over on Thursday so I don't have so much working time that is taking away from my workouts! I hate working nights and weekends!

Have a nice week everyone.

Finally, someone else who works nights and weekends!! Misery loves company so the saying goes!

:)Stacy

The back of my hand and wrist were hurting this week so I took a break from upper body. I can't believe how much free time I had! I had to hold myself back from doing weights!

Sun. 3.5 mile run

Mon. rest

Tue. Precision Cycling, S&H legs, deads, planks, abs

Wed. Runervals 1.0

Thu. rest

Fri. rest

Sat. Ran a 5k with my best time yet! It was so hot though (Las Vegas)! After I had been done sweat kept running into my eyes for what seemed like forever!

Andrea

Good morning!! :) I've decided I need lots more cardio -- I'm getting entirely too bulky with the weights. <sigh>......I LOVE to lift weights, but I was born with the lean body mass of someone who's 5'11" all packed into a 5'1" frame! However, I have not completely abandoned weight training...I couldnt! I will start again soon...just want to do more cardio for now. Everyone's week looked really awesome! :-jumpy

Sun. - off

Mon. - Bike: 45 min.; Ski machine: 15 min.

Tues. - Bike: 60 min.

Wed. - Bike: 60 min.

Thurs. - CTX All Step (cardio only); bike: 20 min., a.m.; 2 mile jog, p.m.

Fri. - Bike: 60 min.

Sat. - Bike: 60 min.

Bye!!!! :)

A little late here, but here goes:

MONDAY~PS-CHEST, BACK, ABS, SHOULDERS, BIS & TRIS. Taught a Hi/Lo class

TUESDAY~Taught a Hi/Lo class, CTX-Leaner LEGS & ABS

WEDNESDAY~PowerStrike 2

THURSDAY~Taught 2 Hi/Lo classes, CTX-SHOULDERS, BIS & TRIS

FRIDAY~Jogged 1 mile, practiced routines for Summer Session (1 & 1/2 hours)

SATURDAY~IMax, MIS-Whew! BUT...MIS was sooo much easier then it used to be for me! I know the S&H Series has definitely kicked my strength level up a few notches!

SUNDAY~REST!!!!!:7

This is the first week for DH & I on the "Tank Top Rotation". (I didn't tell him it was a tank top rotation. Hee-Hee!;-)) We just came off a 3-week rotation with S&H and it has certainly helped to make me stronger for other tapes that I felt were much harder months ago. Yipeeee! DH just finished his 7th. week doing strength work with me and is even MORE addicted now then he was at the beginning. He has seen remarkable changes. He stands a lot in his business and his legs do not ache any more like before. His sugar level has also dropped almost 100 points, which is the BEST benefit of all! (He is diabetic) He has a bad back and a bad knee but has seen changes to the good in those areas also as far as being stronger. He takes it easy on how deep he goes for lunges and squats, but just the fact he is doing them modified, has been a good thing. Great week for you all. Joining those in the "NEED" to clean-up my eating some more. It IS better, but I still have room for lots of improvement. Andrea, hope your wrist is better soon. I know how discouraging an injury can be. Hang in there and just concentrate on lower body and cardio for now. Your wrist will thank you. I'm glad you are able to still do other workouts. :) Congrats on your 5K time also!! Have a great week everyone!
