I saw that some of the STS exercises use a paper plate as an unstable surface to increase the challenge of the workout. Yesterday, I was in the home section of my Walmart and found the huge furniture sliders there that were 4 sliders for 9.99. I've looked at sliders that are identical in shape and size but marketed as a "fitness tool" and they were something like 20-30+ dollars for only 2 sliders. 
But anyways, I thought I'd share this so that way people still working on getting the equipment for STS can save a few dollars towards weights and the other neat stuff Cathe has in store for us with her new line.
