Cheack-in week 11-17

Sorry ladies to start this so early but I am up at 5:15, my time.We are leaving to go on vacation in just a couple of hours so I am up early and going to TRY to do aerobics and weights.I do have 18 hours in a car so I am sure to catch up on my sleep.Normally I wouldn't care about missing the check in but I actually wrote down this week what I did so I had to let you ladies know....
Sunday:A.M Interval MAx/abs
P.M 8 km run (40 min)

Monday A.M Power Hour
5 p.m 50 min walk
P.M Ran 8 kms

Tuesday: Body max

Wednasday: Run 8Kms/abs/weights

Thursday;Rytmic Step/abs

Friday: Interval max

Saturday:unplanned rest but worked all day and then I had to pack,hopefully I will get a good work out in now....

Hope everyone has a good week.I don't know if I will be able to check any post this week.We are going to visit my sister-in-law and I don't know if she has the internet yet,she just moved.I would imagine that all of the work outs I will be doing is going to be running.If it isn't to hot....

Great week Lori! I don't know how you do all that impact...although I recall a post to Cathe about your ankle. I've found that the schedule I have works great for my knees. I felt great all week!

Sun. 30 min. run and my own abs on the ball, a.m.

RE: Check-in week 11-17

Hey everyone! I am finished for the week so I will get us started. I had a good week but not the best that I've ever had. It was really good compared to the last few weeks. I hope this is a trend. I am still waiting on the guy to put the flooring in my bathroom and as soon as he does I will make an attempt to post some pictures. Maybe even some before and after pictures if they all turn out.

MONDAY: Chest, shoulders, triceps at the gym
15 minute stretch

TUESDAY: Body Tech--just 20 minutes of the step
15 minute stretch

WEDNESDAY: Back, biceps and legs at the gym
15 minute stretch

THURSDAY: 1 1/2 hours yardwork--in the very hot son.

FRIDAY: BFRD

SATURDAY: Body Tech I did it all except a few of the exercises in the weight section. I was just too tired. I always do my own stretches also.
15 mintue stretch.

I shall return to read your wonderful weeks!!!!
