Charlotte, when you do your 500 crunches, do you use a video or do you just do crunches on your own? How on earth do you keep count! LOL! I just find this so cool, I wish I had the time to do this. I find that I grab a Cathe ab workout, sometimes two or three together and do them. I don't think I could just do 500 straight crunches, I'd get bored. I bet that burns, though.
 
Debbie, Maybe try doing them while watching your favorite program. Maybe keep a pen and paper and just count to 100 five times...just take note every time you complete 100. That is what I would have to do because I wouldn't be able to keep track either.

I like either to watch TV or listen to my favorite jams and it makes time go faster. I just count in my head. If I lose track, I start over again. LOL! Extra bonus, I guess. I do all different angles and then repeat. It is not boring if you kind of dance and crunch at the same time. I like to move my body as much as possible, but I really just like to have fun with whatever I do. I get bored with the same videos so I go back and forth....pure crunching on my own and then maybe core maxes or whatever ab work I can find.

Hi Sarah! Long time no talk. Wow, that is so cool about the Fall Classic run! Its going to be cold, girlfriend! Update me on how you did, I'm sure you'll do awesome! I envy anyone who can run!
