I think your new quote is fabulous. I don't care how much you work out, what I've found is if you're not eating properly, the results stop coming.
Since I have really cleaned up my diet (with the exception of my vacation, of course), my body is responding. Especially my abs!
The articles in Oxygen say over and over again how eating is 80% of getting results.
BTW - Regarding being obsessed with doing Cathe workouts. I was like that in my earlier Cathe days until I discovered that my body needed to recover after I lifted. I've realized that when I do one body part per week, my muscle development is better.
