Thanks! I like to switch up things alot, including pictures. Cathe kills me everytime. I would love to be as smooth as her and talk while I am working out...for now, NO WAY! KPC is my favorite workout and I can do that one really smooth.

Someone said that they thought "toasty" represented a box of cereal. So I am glad someone knows that it doesn't. LOL! I love it when Cathe says those cute things....its getting toasty or are you feelin it? She cracks me up!
