Shelley- your so sweet to ask...thanks. I'm o.k. Tried on my new bikini that fit perfectly a few months ago and now the bottoms are too big. I really don't want to be the incredible shrinking woman, and the scale is saying that I am not. Maybe it is the bodyfat thing...dunno. Well now it is up again thanks to the love affair I had with the hershey's kisses last night. LOL. Something I would not ordinarly do at all and my son was wondering what was going on with me. LOL. I get tired of eating the same things all the time and being so hard on myself that sometimes it is just maddening while watching my DD and DS eat whatever they want and actually become leaner and stronger. I am just frustrated so I need to stop whining and run this mood off today. I am sure I will back to myself again.
