Is it feeling any better? I have been trying to lay off mine... it feels better most of the time but does get aggravated if I do any weight work using my arms, which as you can imagine is very frustrating! I am going to wait until the end of the week and if it is no better, make an appt with my doctor for anti-inflammatories (or, I should say, have her tell me what is wrong and get it fixed :) )

Marie- Thanks for asking! It feels fine for the most part. I just think what you posted about the tight grip could be the problem for me during the bench press which is the only time I have this issue and I grab onto my dumb bells so tightly because I fear they might come crashing on my head! LOL! I am actually going to do upper body today and will loosen my grip , but I really thought your post was most helpful and will see if loosening the grip will make a difference for me. I will let you know. I can't wait to get going here in a few. The weather is chilly this morning in Virginia and can't wait to warm up.

I hope you are feeling better too. I know how frustrating it is when something gets in our ways when we are trying to workout so hard. I guess the best thing is to rest the arms for now or you could make it worse. Let me know what the doctor tells you. I will be thinking about you.

Glad to hear you are feeling better. I wish I was, too! :(

It is actually in the 30s in Pennsylvania today and it is supposed to SNOW! Ugh. However, it will be in the 60s tomorrow. Very weird.
