I never said I DON'T have to watch what I eat. LOL! I watch very closely what I put in my mouth....think about it all the time Cathe's workouts have really made a difference for me!
I tend to stick with:
Yogurt
Cheese Sticks
Trail Mix
Raw Veggies dipped in Ranch dressing
Raw Fruit...love watermelon!
Walnuts
Protein Bars
Cottage Cheese
Salads
Tuna, Chicken or Beef
I don't binge on ice cream, candy, donuts, etc. I will treat myself to pizza maybe twice a month, but never eat more than 2 slices of the thin crust style, but instead I fill up on salad. Ocassionally, I do have a hard time with cravings during TTOM, but I don't give in and just like to substitute things to get over the cravings. I will eat a Atkins Advantage Bar instead of a hershey's bar, etc. Sometimes I just will put a lifesaver in mouth and that does it. My flavored green tea will sometimes get me over the hump to or a piece of sugar free gum.
Thanks for the compliment though, that is sweet of you to say. I think no matter what size you are that everyone needs to watch what they eat for the sake of good health.
