Hey Charlotte, I saw your fitness goals for this month and thought to myself HOW Much They Were Like Mine. I know that we have totally different body types. I am 5 7' and 142. I have 14.85% body fat. My goal this month was the same as last. To get 14% body fat. After checking my bf% for this month it was still the same as last month. BOO HOO!!! What gives!! I know you have been trying to get yours to 13%. I thought maybe we could compare notes and what we are doing and see if we can lower this. I also want to get a good teardrop going in my legs. I have a pretty developed upper body with great bi's and just got two veins. I know some people may think I'm nuts but I really wanted that vein. You can pm me if you want or talk here. I have pictures of myself but have trouble posting them. Very computer stupid. I belong to a yahoo group where my husband posted for me over there. Maybe I can get them up tonight over here. I forgot to add that I use to weigh 254lbs and with total total total commitment to diet and exercise have gotten to where I am now. Maybe between the two of us we can get this bf% to where we want it. I would also love more defined abs while were wishing for thing. Karen
