chapters on dvd

hi-- just previewing drill max and have a question--

when you go to chapters and click on a particular exercise--- how do you get back to that chapter index?

Mix N Match will send you right back; Chapters will start you and continue through the entire workout.

how do you get back to mix and match--- my experience was when i selected from the chapter-- there was no way back to the main menu--- just kept on playing the rest of the dvd
