Challengers Week of Aug,24th

Morning.
Instead of Kenpo saturday DH and I took the kids hiking for about 6miles. I wish i would had worn my HRM. It took us over three hours...very fun. lots of climbing. We saw two snakes....
Today is rest/stretch. My glutes and hamstrings are so tight and sore today....

have a good day. Im going over to my moms today to hang out with her. Im packing my lunch and snack!!!:)
