Today is MIS upper then some pilates. I also plan on getting out for a walk this evening.

ok, my saturday job just called me and asked if i could work mondays, wednesdays and fridays....WTH? I told her that ive got my kids home from summer vacation right now and i can't(duh?). They both will be in school in about three weeks and i would be available then. She said she wasn't sure if they could wait that long! WHATEVER!!!!!
I really don't care! Im aleady thinking about quitting, specially after what they did to my friend(and me for that matter...you know, cutting our hours on the only day we work :mad:) I can't believe them, i can remember back in december when i was practically BEGGING for extra hours and they wouldn't even acknowlege my message. I need a couple of more days to ponder in it.:rolleyes:

Hey Amelia: good WO. The worplace can be so strange. I run into similar problems with my job.

This morning I started the July 09 rotation. I did B&G. I skipped the hands and knees (pizza press) my hip was feeling a bit sore.

How is everyone else today?

Tonite is GS legs. I am really depressed right now, DH took some pictures yesterday when we were on our walk and one is of me in a sports bra and shorts I am fat I just never realized how fat so why am I working out if I am still fat whats the point. Sorry didn't mean to start the day off on a bad note.

Amelia-I can't believe they want to cut your hours on the weekend because she has more experience but want to increase your hours through the week.
 
Elaine-Great job with B&G's....great rotation, i remember looking it over and printing it out(now i just have to do it:rolleyes:) im so bad at sticking to rotations though.

Roxie, i can see your avatar...IMO your not fat! Please don't call yourself fat:mad:. Start thinking about all the great things your workouts are doing for your body/mind! Im in a size 14 and i don't like it. But I know im alot stronger than MOST women in a size 14;) thats the way i look at it:p. Besides, if we keep working at it...results will come!:)

Roxie, I swear I just had the same conversation with my DH. The realization though is that although we are not toned like we think we should be for all the working out we do, just think about the really extra pounds that would be hanging around if we didn't work out. Am I ready to commit to the type of eating I would need to do to loose these last few pounds, apparently not, because I'm not doing it, but I'm not ready to give up and totally throw in the towel. I know I'm healthier because I work out. I know I am seeing a slow progression as the fat slowly (and I mean slowly) melts away. Like my DH says, it didn't get there over night and it's not going to leave over night either ( unless I get lipo, LOL). So try and hang in there.

Amelia, more hours on days you can't more and less hours on the days you can? Apparently they forgot why they hired you in the first place. Hope it all works out.

Elaine, have fun with your rotation. B& G, I can't even remember the last time I did that one.

Hi gals.

I am pleased to announce I am back working out this week. Started off with my new love, Bootcamp.

Roxie, - We all know how you feel. I think, it has a lot to do with our 1. age and 2. we are short! We can't change either of those things - Bugger!! Before I reached 43yrs I used to be able to easily keep my weight under control, now, its a true struggle and I work out and the weight goes on! WTF! BUT and heres the BUT, YOU are healthy! YOU are fit! Those things are the biggest positives!

I've been reading a heap on lindyolsen.com (I am sure you guys have fitness competetitors over there ie body builders, but not so many muscles) They all say, YOU have to find what works for YOU! That, sweet Roxie, is the key, I havn't unlocked it yet, but I refuse to give up, I'll keep on trying, I could unlock the door when I was younger, but I've changed and my resting heart rate, is very very low, so my metabolisim is obviously slow. I need to work out what is going to shake it up.

Hang in there, Roxie, you are not FAT! You are unhappy with your shape. Lets really focus and unlock our fat doors.!!!! Stay positive.:D:D

Thanks Andrea I think what I have kind of figured out is that I am not consuming enough calories I seem to stay at around 1200 I have logged all my meals for today and I am at 1011 and therefore it is very easy to justify eating the bad stuff because I have calories to spare.
 
i decided to not workout today, its TTOTM and thats a good excuse;). I lowered my cals...

Just finished GS legs didn't do the roll outs not very good at those and my calves were cramping I didn't stretch after yesterdays walk I was to tired.

Tonite is suppose to be Imax 3 but I am going to do Lowmax instead. Was considering doing weight watchers until I saw how much it cost have to think about that one.

I decided to do a HIIT on the treadmill. Now ive got to focus on my diet for the rest of the day...

I did Rythmic step this morning. I did it on just the board no riseres.
I just didn't have the energy to jump and do the WO with the risers.

Roxie hang in there. I know you checked out Weight watchers is Cathe's
nutrition thing cheaper. Maybe do that for one month. I am in the same boat I think eating is the hardest part of the equation.

It is raining here once again. The natives are getting restless. I need to take them to the library and then think of something else to do with them.

I tried Cathes thing for 1 month and I had to add to many of my foods so I didn't renew it. I am looking at wt. watchers to teach me how to eat better. I have a problem consuming enough calories. I go to the extreme and will not allow myself to go over 1200 cals no matter how many I burn.
 
Today's work out was legs and Abs from 4DS. I just wasn't feeling like a full disc of STS this morning.

Rosie let us know what you decide on the WW. WW does work, but you still have to choose to eat the right foods. When I did it I did the points system on line and was still choosing my sweets and just going without the more nutritious options. I did lose weight, but I would have done better if I chose better foods. Eating a 6 point brownie instead of using that towards a meal was not good planning. Are you thinking of doing the meetings or on-line?

Back from the drs office and she said she admired me she says she doesn't know alot of 40 year olds that workout and log their food like I do. I have a perscription for phentermine but don't know if I am going to fill it. My cholesterol is out of control again so I have to take lipitor and she thinks lack of sleep is one of my major reasons for not losing wt so she gave me ambien.

Im supposed to go to Bootcamp tonite, but I might run out of time, I have a meeting at 2pm, (I don't know how long the meeting will go for) Then I have to race and collect daughter from school 3.30 and be up at Bootcamp by 4?

I am Superwoman! I can do this! Up Up and Away!

Typo phentermine wt loss drug she only perscribes for people who workout and track their meals. Just finished LM and I am really starting to like this one
