Happy Valentines Day.
DH and I went out to dinner last night. Nothing planned for tonight.

Today's workout was Core Synergisctics from P90X. It was a pretty a neat workout. It is compound exercises and most deal with the core as part of the move. Unfortunately I ate too make candy today at the office for it to have helped, lol.

I haven't done a workout this week. I plan on doing Star Trainers Cardio and abs tonite and maybe wts. Good Job on your workout and I hear you about the candy.

Tonite I decided to do 30mins on the TM haven't used it in awhile.

What a coincident. I did the TM yesterday too. I only did 20 minutes on it. Was suppose to do Yoga last night, but worked late.

Today's schedule called for Kenpo and I went for a 15 minute jog with the dogs before that. I need to start adding more jogging in now the weather is getting better. I guess that means I will have to do 2 workouts a day a couple days per week so I can stay on schedule with P90X and get in a jog. In the program they say if you add in more cardio you should do it in the morning. I'm afraid if I do that I will blow off my evening weight workout. So I guess I will try the weights in the morning with jogging in the evening, which I have not really done before.

Good Afternoon Jean,

This morning here at work I did 200 crunches and tonite will be some kind of wts. Tomarrow night when I get off work I am going to go for a walk in the park it is suppose to be 70 degrees here but then it is suppose to cool down into the 50s again. Have fun with your runs.
 
Tonight's workout was a thirty minute jog. The weather was very nice. I haven't run in shorts in a really long time.

Last night I went for a 1 mile walk in the park and it was beautiful everyone must have felt the same way because it was a busy place. Tonite is some kind of wt. work if my shoulder blade holds out.

Today called for Core Synergistics again. I did it this morning. Tomorrow I'm suppose to do yoga. I also have a Beachbody event that includes a workout so we'll see how it goes. Good news is I'm down another 1/2 pound and I'm excited because I ate a lot of Valentine candy this week and still lost 1/2 pound. I guess Shakeology is helping to keep the rest of my calories in check.

This morning I did High Step Circuit and late I am going to try Zumba on the wii.

How was the Zumba? This morning I did the whole thing of Yoga X (1 1/2hours long). Then at the Beachbody event the workout was a circuit made of a series of moves, upper body, lower body, middle/core and cardio and then do it all over again with new moves. I could only stay for about 25 minutes of the workout. I had a lunch date with two other Cathletes that live in the area. It was great seeing them and chatting up the afternoon.

Good Morning Jean,

Zumba is going to take a while to learn. I plan on doing a stretch today after I get over my hangover. Whats up with you today?
