Well its a new week. What are your plans? Mine are to get back to a nice workout routine. Starting this morning with one of the new DVD's that arrived last night. I did the lower body premix from STS Total body. Loved the tri-set style of it. Can't wait to take a look at the rest of them.

I hope to get back into a routine once my mom goes home she makes it a little hard for me to workout. Let me know how you like High Reps.

Tonite I am did Basic Step with 1 set of risers and TF Lower Body Class 20 using lower body band.

This morning was a taste of Intensity. I will have to work up to that one to be able to do the full 70 min. as taped. Luckily it has many pre-mix choices.

Didn't get a workout in this morning. I was really tired last night and so I just slept in this morning. As for Intensity, I only did the first part of the step portion and it was good. It has moves that she has used before, so I was able to go right into it. I will let you know once I do the rest.

Good Morning Jean,

I didn't get a workout in last night I was on hold with the cable company most of the night trying to get my internet fixed. My mom left this morning so after the cable man leaves I want to do TF 30 Class and Upper Body 20 still need to do abs. Have a good day.
 
Hi Roxie, sorry about your cable issues. Hope they got it fixed. Last night when I got home I thought about doing a workout, but I laid down on the coach and fell asleep. This morning I managed to do High Reps. It was interesting. It is a lot of reps, but done at different speeds/counts so you are abel to push through. For example you can do the first set at a 2/2 count followed by a 3/1 count then single reps and then the 3/1 count account. I had to go a lot lighter than what they recommend because I haven't been working out much with weights for so long. I'm sure I will still feel the effects of it tomorrow.

Good Evening Jean,

Tonite I did TF 30 and TJ standing abs. I haven't been feeling very well the last 2 days upset stomache, runny nose and real jittery. High Reps is the only one of the new workouts I am thinking about downloading none of the others interest me.
