CHALLENGERS - Week of 1/17/11

Hope you had a nice weekend. Well today I finally got a workout in. Since it wasn't freezing outside I went for a jog/walk. It has been awhile so I will need to work back up to where I was before it got cold. Still coughing ever now and then. Sure wish I could get rid of this cough.

I can't believe it, but it looks like I will miss Chalene Johnson. She is coming to Dallas on Wednesday and doing a live workout like Tony Horton did. We have company coming into town so I haven't figure out a way to fit it in.

Good Morning,

Tonite for me is KPC Cardio Conditioning, 30 pushups, 200 crunches. I have already finished the pushups and 100 crunches. I am now coming down with something my nose ran all day yesterday and I had a cough not feeling to bad today but its early.
 
Roxie, hope your running nose and cough didn't get any worse. I'm still recovering from mine. What a pain. Tonight's work out was the live one with Chalene Johnson. I was able to go after all. The workout part was only about 30 minutes, but it gave me a good feel for her style. Not sure I have the rights moves to do her workouts without getting hurt, lol. She was so cute and tiny.
 
Good Morning Jean,

I still have a cough more annoying than anything. We had alot of snow yesterday so I went home early. I haven't done a workout this week head hurt to much yesterday stress at work, so tonite I am going to try and do Push Pull. Chalene does take some getting use to but she is alot of fun to workout to.
 
Roxie hope you cough subsides and hope you get your workout in. Mine was a cold run/walk outside for about 50 minutes.

Chalene was a lot of fun, I just don't know how to anything that is hip hoppy so it was challenging. It I get something of her's at least I know I will be doing it in my own home and no one will be watching. : )

Jean-once you learn her style they become easier. Start with learn and burn to get the technique down.
 
Hope you have a great weekend. This morning I started out for a jog but it quickly turned into a walk. Just could get in the jog. At least the sun was out.

Good Morning Jean,

Yesterday I finally got a workout in without coughing. I did Basic Step, Abs, and Stretch. Today is also going to be a stretch.
