Amelia - do you have Arnotts brand biscuits over there? If you don't then you have my deepest sympathies as you are not only missing out on "Mint Slices" but also "Tim Tams".

However, we are not supposed to be chatting about the delicious chocolate biscuits, that are full of fat and calories.... Are WE?:eek: But they are really really good!

Todays workout was a time saver total body of Amy Bentos Slow Mo. I am trying to mix up exercises to see if that'll help shift the weight!

Good Morning Challengers!

How is everyone?

Everything hers is going great. Good eats,good sleeps and good workouts:) I have to work tonight though so there goes the good sleeps!:-( Oh well...hopefully it will be a quiet night.
Im still doing P90X and enjoying this round of workouts alot more then the first 3 weeks. Todays workout is just a run and abs, i think.

Jean: Checking in helps me too. Sometimes we need a little break.

Ameila: I stand corrected on the sweet potato chips being baked. They are actually kettle cooked. I buy Terra sweet Potato chips no salt added. I have a recipe to make my own but they don't come out very well.

Andrea: No more chocolate talk. Chocolate is a weakness of mine. All though I am not a dark chocolate eater, your biscuits sound delish.:9

Roxie: It has been a long time sense I've done PLB. If I remember correctly the floor work is hard.

Okay, I did CM #2, and Rhythmic step.

My eats yesterday were good until DH wanted to take my older son out for chineese because he graduated from 8th grade.

b: oatmeal,4egg whites and 0.5oz of low fat cheddar cheese
L:grilled chicken breast ~3oz, lettuce and a whole grain wrap and 0.5C of fruit salad
S:apple and NPB
D: Chineese food:-(

Today is a new day!! Eating will be better.:D

Ok, I did it. I got up and got a workout in. First I did a 1 mile jog with 1 dog, then a walk with the other dog and I followed that up with heavy bi and tri work with some abs thrown in. Now if I can keep the eating under control. Hope everyone is enjoying there week.
