Hi everyone. Yesterday I was the last to post and today I'm the first to post. Too bad I'm not posting any accomplishments. Yesterday's eating was horrible. It started out great, but I really limited myself too much so that by the time dinner came I was ready to eat anything that wasn't tied down. Dinner was popcorn, candy and a hot dog followed up by potato chips. It sounds like I was at a baseball game. Needless to say I feel terrible so no workout this morning. If I get off work in time, I might head to the gym and do the spin class. It's been a really long time since I did one and I really liked it when I was going regularly. Hope everyone has a great day.

Hey girls.....OMG have i had a time with my internet connectionsx(x(x( it went out tuesday evening and after being on the phone with my internet provider for over TWO HOURS we finally got it all straighten out this morning....did i miss anything here in cathe land???:)

Yesterday i did a doosie of a workout,30minute dogwalk,GS legs/standing,30min powerwalk.

Today is a thirty minute dog walk and a thirty minute powerwalk plus some abb work. My baby neice is coming over so i will be busy with her today and tommorrow!

Jean-I feel your pain,i crashed and burned tuesday evening...and haven't really picked myself up yet:-(. common...lets pick ourselves back up and start over today!!! Hugs!!!

Good Morning,

Well I didn't get a workout in yesterday either by the time DH fixed supper So You Think You Can Dance came on and I didn't want to miss it. Tonite is SS upper body blast. Eating was ok yesterday, but like Jean I snacked after supper. Licorice, and Ice Cream.

Jean-we all crash and burn just need to pick yourself up.

Amelia-glad your internet is back up good workout have fun with your snugglebunny.

Jean: It did sound like you were at a ball game. But the game is over now!

Roxie: I hope you are able to get your workout in tonight.

Ameila: We use to have a lot of internet problems with verizon DSL. Since we switched to comcast we have had no problems. Have fun with your neice.

This morning I did GS chest & Tris timesaver and KM wu 1-4. For some reason I really struggled with the weight work. I had to drop down for the chest press.Hmmmm... not sure what happened.

Yesterday's eats:

B: oatmeal,agave syrup,4 egg whites and low fat cheddar cheese
L: Chicken breast ~3oz, wrap, sm. salad and fruit, sm. amount of yogurt with a little honey in it.
S: banana,whole wheat wrap, 2tblsp of NPB, 1 strawberry dipped in chocolate(I know weird)
D: Turkey meatballs,marinara(?sp) sauce and 1/2C of whole wheat spaghetti
S: 1/2C FF plain yogurt,1 scoop soy protein powder and one more strawberry dipped in chocolate a tblsp of NPB to go with the choc.

My kids love their strawberries this way and they really are delish:9
