Hi everyone.

Right : new week New Challenge to this week.

(Only problem is : it'll be the same one {again} for me) x( )

Get that eating under control and loose 1 lb. (i'd be really happy with 1 lb)

I'm trialing a newish workout scheme, which changes daily, according to my "what I feel like" mood.:)

Todays what I feel like mood was : 30 mins abs and buns tae bo. Leaner legs without the sit n stands and the step up things. Stopped in the middle of that to do 20 mins bootcamp from 4ds. I didn't have a lot of energy so to do this I was kinda pleased.

Oooooooooh,good workout Andrea! High fives,nice job! that 'what i feel like' workout scheme is me,everyday,LOL! I guess i need to follow a rotation of some type but what if i don't feel like doing a particular workout on a certian day(lol)? So i just make sure i do my cardio,abbs and weight train! Its been working so far! Im with you on the new challenge,i need to stop eating crap and start counting my cals agian. Im not eating bad but it can deffinately improve! Im starting today;-) 1600 cals for me today! hey,you wanna start posting your meals with me? I think that would make me more accountable?

Anybody else want to post there meals? I will post mine at the end of the day since planning them doesn't work for me.

Todays workout is a 30min dog walk and a 30min run interval,i need to do some abb work as well! I ordered musclemax last night so im excited to try that out:7 Next weekend i will order coremax and I also plan on getting some 15lb dumbells since i seem to be using that weight alot now!

I am with you on getting the eating under control only DH is home all week. I am going to see if I can get him to grill all week. Today will be a stretch when I get home from work. Decided to put in two weeks notice only pays $60.00 every two weeks just not worth the time.

Andrea-I think I should just do a whatever I feel like workout I can't seem to be true to a rotation.

Amelia-I will post my meals with you, it does make you more accountable because you have to tell someone if you cheat.

Roxie - I've stuck out rotations, and really enjoyed them, but I've missed days here and there and especially on the last week I usually dwindle. I have to be completly honest, I don't get the results I'm looking for.

Amelia- I couldn't possibly be honest and tell you guys every little itsy bitsy thing I eat during the day! LOL. Take for example today, I made some muffins, now, these muffins are allegedly 97% fat free. Now, what about the sugar content and the high carbs? Do I dare look into that! And how many did I eat? (Lets just NOT go there!) I was thankful when hubby walked in and ate them! ........................They were pretty yummy:9 :9 .

I like it when Roxie posts her meals, it gives me ideas!

Hello everyone.

Today I played on the computer too long and only had time for a dog walk. I have an office party to go to this afternoon. I will try to keep my portions in control.

As for posting what I eat for all to see. Hmmm! That's pretty scary. You ladies will read it and wonder how the heck I don't gain tons each week. Oh well, I'm going to think about the idea and maybe I'll get brave.
