Good Morning girls!

Today is a power walk or a run interval on the treadmill and im thinking about doing PUB! Haven't done it in a while! I aslo thought about doing the GS series this week?

My eating was good yesterday except for some mint chocolate chip icecream after supper:-( Ive made up my mind last night that i need to stop eating crap if i want to get the rest of this weight off,so today is a new day for me! I ready for the challenge....whos with me? Im counting my calories and starting my food diary agian today!

OMG,we went fishing yesterday and my kids drove me nutsx( plus we didn't catch anything,my DH caught one catfish so the whole time i was playing referee with my kidsx(. The lake we went to was pretty though,i still don't understand WHY we have to go to another lake when we LIVE on a lake but thats what DH wanted to do,LOL!???

I sure can understand about playing referee. My two boys are 6 1/2
years apart and still fight with each other.x(

I am doing gymstyles this week.PUB is a good one though.

My WO is HIS cardio only, GS back,shoulders and Biceps. I have to go finish. I was interuupted and then found other things to do(cleaning).

Just back to report my WO is done.
I did Gs B,S,B timesaver but added on the third set of the underhand rows and the second set of one arm rows. I went as heavy as I could muster for all the body parts. I'm a little shakey.

Hi girls,

No workout yesturday, I had an attack of the "I can't be bothereds"

Well my eating was TERRIBLE! So I'm only reporting the BAD bit in the middle of the night. Pantry visit resulted in 3 chocolate mint biscuits! Earlier in the day I ate some chocolate covered snakes!

They were the bad things I ate! I wonder why, I can't lose weight? Hmmmmmm Any thoughts anyone?:9 :* :+ :p

Elaine-I thought about doing Gym styles this week but decided to continue doing the pyramids for right now...ive also got MM coming soon,yay! Isn't it exciting when we get a new workout:+

Andrea-mmmmmm,anything that is mint im all for;-) theres mint chocolate chip iceream in my freezer as we speak...but im not having ANYMORE,LOL! LOl at your attack,i have those too

so as promised im going to list my meals!

1/2 blueberry bagel and 1tbs strawberry creamcheese with 2eggs
turkey on whole wheat with ALOT of lettuce and some baked lays
chicken noodle soup with 10crackers
apple with string cheese
protein shake

that totals around 1700 cals so thats good for today.I only drank water today so that should flush all the crap out that ive been eating:+

And my workout was PUB(no abbs)then i did a 30min powerwalk on the treadmill and my legs were screaming,i walked at 4.0speed !

Tonite is PUB with abs. My eating was not good or terrible.

Brkfst.-boiled egg and toast
AM snack-monster cookie and banana
Lunch-turkey on double fiber wheat bread and salad
PM snack-strawberry banana smoothie
Supper-taco salad

Don't know how many calories that was need to start keeping track. Had a cherry mash small one when I got home. Drank 3 bottles of water to help flush system. Scale said I was up 2lbs. Have a good evening everyone.

B: 1/2C oatmeal and agave syrup
S: 4 egg whites,1/2oz low fat cheddar cheese. oops 1 egg yolk fell in
L: soy protein,skim milk and 1tblsp of dry sugar free pudding
S: 2 tblsp of NBP, 1 banana, 2 finn crisp crackers(rye cracker)
D: 2 chicken drumstick(no skin) 1.5C of Corn & 2tblsp of almonds
S: 1/2C of fat free plain yogurt,soy protein powder & about 1oz of sweet potato chips
plus 40oz of water
approx. 1684cal

I have to really concentrate on the water intake.
