HOW Can't believe June is already here.

Hope you have been having a great week. Wednesday I did TM sprints and didn't do so well. Had to reduce the incline and the speed after the first few. yesterday ended up being a rest day. We had storms that kept me up so I didn't sleep well. Today was back, hamstrings and core.

The workout you with your trainer sounds intense. I had to look up on you tube to see what medicine ball slam squats were. I won't be trying those at home, lol.

Good Evening Jean,

I worked with trainer again last night then did the elliptical and this morning I went to spin class and tonite the elliptical again. I am gaining wt and bf% instead of losing a little confused about that but I see changes and my clothes fit better, I just don't think I am eating enough always hungry. We had storms here the other night which was ok we really needed the rain.
 
Yesterday I finished up my last circuit workout from last week, since I missed Thrusday. It worked legs, chest and back. This morning I pulled out Body Max 2 and did the step portion. I can't remember the last time I did step. Boy do I need to work up my endurance again.

Good Evening Jean,

I worked with the PT yesterday and then this morning I walked on the TM and tonite I did the elliptical. I bow to you on BM2 step I have never been able to do that one.
 
It's funny how I can do certain step dvd's, but not others. I have always had trouble with 4 days split step routines.

I was too tired yesterday to work out. So today, I did the tread mill sprints and then giant set circuit for chest legs and shoulders.

I had a late meeting Wednesday night so Thursday morning I was too tired to get up early. Thought I might workout at night, but fell asleep on the couch. So today I made sure I got up and got in something before physical therapy. I did the first half of Imax 2. Then at therapy still my regular bicep, tricep, shoulder exercises that they have me do.

My eating was terrible yesterday. We had an office lunch and I couldn't stop eating the sopapillas they brought for dessert. Trying to be good today to make up for it.

Good Evening Jean,

I had a PT session last night and it was weigh day I am down 1/2lb from last week back to the week before and 2%BF so it was a good night. Tonite I went to the gym and did the elliptical. Just jump back on the food wagon you are doing good on your workouts Imax 2 is another one that has a dread factor for me.
 
Good Afternoon Jean,

I went to the gym this morning and did the elliptical and then I came home and did STS Med Ball Abs and Total Body Stretching. Cleaned house, Laundry and gave the dog a bath. The gym has a scale they use not real sure how accurate that is. I had her measure me but I didn't ask her for them not sure why.
 
I finished out my giant circuits on Sunday. Monday I ended up missing my workout. I took a muscle relaxer and was so tired Monday I couldn't get up to work out. Had no energy in the evening so no work out. Tonight I did a series of supersets for chest, legs and core.

Good Evening Jean,

Last nigt was another session with my PT and she kicked my butt as usual and the I did the elliptical. This morning I did the elliptical and the DH and I spent the day at the lake on his sisters boat.
 
I'm pretty sure I worked out yesterday morning, but I don't remember what I did. How sad is that? Today's workout including doing the treadmill at a high incline while carry a 10 lb weight. My SIL said to use a weight or a bag of cat food or anything that was awkward to carry. I thought how hard could that be with only walking. Oh my gosh I haven't sweated like that in a long time.

Yesterday I started using STS again. I'm going to start with meso 2. I did disc 15, back and biceps. It was nice doing a Cathe workout again.

Good Morning Jean,

I had a PT session on Monday and I went to spin class that morning and yesterday I did intervals on the ellipitcal. Tonite is another session with PT to make up for one I had to miss last week. My legs are really sore and its hard for me to walk but I keep forgetting to stretch. Enjoy STS.
 
Yesterday I did 40/20 Hiit. I had to substitute some (just too much jumping), but at least I did it. Today was a 30 minute walk/jog outside. Hadn't been outside in several weeks. Tuesday and Wednesday were a bust. I was so tired, that on Wednesday I fell asleep after work for 1 hr and 1/2 and still went to bed at my regular time. I guess that means this was more of a recovery week than a start to STS. Oh well, I guess I needed it. My weight is still sticking at my high end. I am not happy about that at all. I know I have gained some strength, but I know this is not just muscle because my jeans are fitting a little too tight. Oh how I hate getting older. It just seems harder and harder to lose weight.

Hope you have a great weekend. I'm hopefully getting together with a couple other Cathletes in my area and going to dinner. It will be fun to visit with them.

Good Evening Jean,

I had another PT session Wednesday and Thursday my butt is killing me and then tonite I did the elliptical. Good Job with your workouts even though you feel like you are gaining wt.
 
Last week wasn't so great workout wise, but so far this week , I'm off to a great start. Yesterday was disc 13 and today was legs with disc 14. Last night DH and I went for a 2+ mile walk. Eating would have been good if I hadn't indulge in some ice cream last night. Hopefully today I will do better.

Good Morning Jean,

I am still working with the PT I have one month left and then going to the gym for cardio. Its horribly hot here and my mood has been very good I just don't care to workout anymore. Good job jumping back on the wagon and a little ice cream isn't going to hurt.
 
Our weather has been hot too - 5 days in a row over 100, but I don't think we have been as hot as your's. Yesterday's workout was physical therapy exercises so some bicep, tricep, and back. Today I did the treadmill on an incline while holding a medicine ball. Then did the ab circuit that I got off Body Rock.TV. Eating has been pretty good the past 2 days. Trying to keep it under control since I know I will be splurging with the holiday coming up.

Hope your temperatures start to drop. Hopefully you'll return to wanting to work out. I know I go through my phases too.
