Hi girls quick post, gotta scoot.

Slim and Lean was the workout for today, it was supposed to Ripped and Chiseled but I don't have that one yet.

Roxie - How did you do with Rythmic Step, i love the music, but then I love 80's music :)

Jean - I had my two shakes but then, I also had a fist full of fries! Other then that at lunch I had low fat yoghurt and put my Flax seeds and LSA in that, so that was good. Although, I've eaten waaaayy toooo many cashew nuts today. So lets not worry about it and have a better eats day , for you, today, for me tomorrow.

Amelia - Thats a great workout!! Good luck for tomorrow. I may not get back in to wish you luck.:)

Andrea - Well DONE!!!!! 2lbs is nearly 1 kilo in my language so thats an awesome result! Keep on going! No stopping now!

Good Morning,

Well do to work circumstances I didn't get to do RS. tonite is MM upper body and GS leg floor work. I did take a 20min walk on my lunch hour yesterday traveled 1.5 miles and burned 428 calories. I mangaged to lose the 2lbs that I picked up plus 1 now weigh 122lbs, only 2 more to go to reach this months goal, but I need to get better with workouts.

Andrea-way to go with your shakes.

Amelia-good luck with whatever you decide to do today.

Andrea, sounds like you are hanging in there with the shakes. It's hard. I want to chew. I had mine today, but had some pretzels and a rice crispie treat for snacks. Not sure what dinner will be?

Roxie, nice job getting the walk in. Great job on the weight loss. Hope tonight you don't have to miss your work out.

Amelia, so when do you start the new job? Are you excited?

Andrea, Great job on your loss too. Keep up the good work.

Today I did MIS minus the legs. My official weight is down 1/2 lb from last week's WI, but I'll take that since earlier in the week I was up 2 from the bad food I had been eating.

Just finished my workout and I walked again today 3.8 miles burned 849 calories. I need to do that everyday at lunch.
