Hi girls quick post, gotta scoot.
Slim and Lean was the workout for today, it was supposed to Ripped and Chiseled but I don't have that one yet.
Roxie - How did you do with Rythmic Step, i love the music, but then I love 80's music
Jean - I had my two shakes but then, I also had a fist full of fries! Other then that at lunch I had low fat yoghurt and put my Flax seeds and LSA in that, so that was good. Although, I've eaten waaaayy toooo many cashew nuts today. So lets not worry about it and have a better eats day , for you, today, for me tomorrow.
Amelia - Thats a great workout!! Good luck for tomorrow. I may not get back in to wish you luck.
Andrea - Well DONE!!!!! 2lbs is nearly 1 kilo in my language so thats an awesome result! Keep on going! No stopping now!
