CHALLENGERS - Challenge Yourself Jan.2013

Today I ran short on time, but wanted to do something so I did Tabata, 4 & 5. At least it got my heart rate up even if it wasn't very long.

Still no workouts for me I am being lazy or making up to many excuses but that stops tomarrow. Good job with your workouts those are 2 tough tabatas.
