Can't believe March is already over with. April is off to a good start for me.

Monday was back and biceps. Tuesday was chest and abs. Today I did Cathe's HIIT-Double way. I don't recall ever doing that one. It went by fast.

Yesterday we had bad storms here. Several tornadoes, but luckily no damage for us. Others in neighboring towns were not so lucky. Hope the storms didn't continue on toward your direction.

Good Morning Jean,

I am doing Fitnessfreaks Get Ready for Summer 2012 and it is kicking my butt. We are getting rain today but no storms glad to hear you are ok. Good job with your workouts I am proud of you. Tonite is High Reps.
 
Yesterday was legs and today was Delts and Tris. I made it through week 2 of son-in-laws workouts. No real weight lost yet, but it feels good to be back in the work out groove.
Hope you have a wonderful Easter. I think our's will be quiet with just dinner with daughter and her husband.

Good Afternoon Jean,

Tonite for me is Step Blast and then tomarrow I need to make up HR and then yoga is in the plan. I did S&G last night. I am proud of you for sticking to the workouts I am sure you will see results soon. We are spending Easter with DH's mother.

I didn't do Step Blast little momma wanted to go for a walk and since the sun is shining and its not raining I agreed.
 
Hope you had a nice Easter. Loved you reference to little momma. How is her pregnancy going?

Our Easter was quiet. Went to dinner with dd and son-in-law.

Today's workout was back and chest with some abs.

Good Morning Jean,

She is having some hip and back pain and food just doesn't sound good to her but the baby is growning and doing good. I spent Easter at MILs house had fun chasing 3 year old twin boys around the house. Tonite is AT.
 
How are you this week? This past weekend was the Chicago Road Trip. So I got in plenty of workouts. I took Monday as a rest day. Yesterday was back and biceps and today is Chest and core. I also need to do cardio today since I am a day behind. Hope to get in that tonight. Maybe a jog outside.

Good Afternoon Jean,

I have been doing some walking and then M-CSS, T-TF 30 and this morning I went for a walk and tonite I will go for another walk and then do MM timesaver. Sounds like you had a good time and are getting your workouts in. How is the wt. going?
 
Well I got in all my weight workouts this week. But the only cardio was a walk outside today.

As for the weight, I'm only down 1 pound after 4 weeks of solid workouts which is very frustrating and measurements didn't really change either. And I had given up almost all sweets and coke for almost 2 months. And eating has been better than usual. Oh well, I know everyone hits plateaus and I guess I'm on one right now. Maybe now that I'm getting back to a solid workout schedule, I need to bump up the intensity. Maybe try and add in a little cardio every day with the weights. I'm so tired of being stuck at this weight. I would love to get out of the 130"s and back into the 120's.

130's are pretty good especially if you are tall. I weigh 123 but would love to be 120. I definitely think you need more cardio.
 
Yesterday was back and biceps and I added in 15 minutes on the treadmill. Today was chest and abs.

And no I'm not tall. I'm 5'3". I'm not real concerned with the numbers. I just need to get rid of the pudge around my middle and see a little bit of toning and be able to fit back into some of my smaller jeans, then I would be at least a little bit satisfied.

Yesterday's workout was physical therapy. The therapist had me do these shoulder movement exercises using his arm as resistance. It was harder than any weight lifting I have every done. Today's workout was legs. Got a really good burn, so I will probably be feeling it tomorrow.

Good Morning Jean,

I missed your post a couple of days ago. I am still doing FF's rotation but on the last week. I am doing a 10 day trial at a gym and you get 2 free PT sessions. I went to a Body Pump class but chickened out everyone knew what equipment they needed and the class was packed. I have my first session at 5:15 tomarrow. The boss lady and I have also been walking in the mornings.
 
Today was 40 minutes walk/jog. It was windy outside, but still nice to be out. My legs were a little sore after yesterday's workout.

Enjoy your 2 week pass at the gym. Hope the trainer sessions go well.

Good Morning Jean,

I had my first session this morning and I did not like her scale. I have another one on Tuesday and I think I am going to wish I could afford more I think she is going to be great to work with but its expensive. This morning I did KCM's CB #2. Good job with your walk/jog its really windy here too.
 
Saturday's workout was Delts, bis and tris. Today I got up and my scale has taken another jump so I'm going back to journaling everything. For exercise, I went for a 40 minute jog/walk.

Glad you liked the trainer. I have had several sessions over the years and only had one guy I really liked.

Good Evening Jean,

I went to a spin class tonite and my legs are shaking and my seat is killing me. I had to take Ibuprofen my knee hurts. We found out today the baby is a boy so I am having a grandson.
