Hope your weekend is going well. Hot here too. I think we are now at 16 days in a row over 100.

I managed to get to spin class both yesterday and today. Hope to add that in on a regular basis. I really enjoy it.

Good Evening Jean,

Its still hot here getting tired of it. Yesterday I did KCMs Split Sessions Upper Body an 30 minutes on the TM. I have done really well with weights but not so good with cardio. Good job with your workouts. Did you order Cathe's new workouts.
 
Today is Monday and yes I actual got up and did a workout. Haven't done a Monday workout in a long time. I did the weight portion for biceps and triceps form 4 Day split.

As for the new workout, I have not ordered yet. I see the pre-sale ends soon. I guess I better order them. I really don't need any more workouts, but since theses are low impact, I may need them in the future so I better so ahead and order. How about you? are you ordering them?

Tonite for me is KCMs TLC Boxing. Good job getting up this morning and doing your workout.

Tonite I did KCMs TLC Boxing with 1lb weighted gloves and TJ Standing Abs. It is really hot here again today and it doesn't look like it is going to break anytime soon.

So are you feeling the use of the 1lb gloves from yesterday. I know when I do kickboxing with them on I usually end up with soreness in places that I didn't even know I worked.

Last night I made it to spin class again. Hope to get in some weights tonight.

This morning I did 2/3 of Lower Intensity Step followed by the shoulders, calves and core portion. Had to work late last night so I didn't get my workout. Maybe double up today and go to spin class.

Today was a jog/walk with the dog. Not much, but at least something. Hoping things will slow down a little at work so I can stop working the long hours.

It is so hot here that I haven't been able to go for a walk. Tonite is KCMs Plyo Blast if I can handle it.
 
HOpe you had a nice weekend. Its still hot here too. The dog walks are short and the dog gets right into her wading pool when we get back home and that' in the mornings before it even gets real warm.
