*** CC-PP Saturday Group ***

Thank you Michele for posting this. Jim has been such an inspiration to me through the CCPP workout and his website. I proudly wear his Choose Living T-shirts and would be honored to make a donation to help him and his very worthwhile organization.

To Sean.....your kindness of heart touches me more than you could ever know. You are an incredible man!

JJ

PS....What is our challenge add-on for this Saturday's CCPP? Did Sean ever pick one for us?

Jim MacLaren needs our help!

I went to the CC website today and this is what I found on the home page:

http://www.cardiocoach.com/

Please do what you can!

Thank you!

Michele - I got a note from Coach Sean on Facebook today about this (to me personally, you know :p). I posted a note to Jim so you are not alone anymore. In fact, there are quite a few piling up now. I also made a donation. I wonder if Sean is going let Oprah know? Somebody should. If anybody can help, she can.

Jim's site no longer has the t-shirts for sale.
He does have choose living bracelets.
Cash donations are done through a separate PayPal checkout. I'm certain any amount we can give will help!

A big hug and thank you to Coach Sean for bringing this to our attention.
Jim will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Cynthia, I ended up just making a cash donation through PayPal, but thanks for the heads up on the T-shirts. I was still planning to buy a couple of them for me and DH. Darn!

I appreciate Sean's dedication to Jim's cause and am thankful that he made us aware of the need, and I will keep them both in my prayers.

Hey Ladies!

Looks like Sean just posted again on his website apologizing for his heartfelt plea to help Jim. Apparantely some people were offended by this and it was brought to Sean's attention. I guess I forget that Cardio Coach is "just a business" to some people but I feel so bad for Sean. His heart was in the right place and I certainly have been inspired and touched by his kindness.

I saw that, too, JJ. It actually made me sick inside. I, too, have been inspired by Sean and Jim, and I sent sent Sean a little note to tell him that I hope I'm just like him when I grow up.

This is so sad. What a state people are in that they would be offended when someone asks for help for a friend. All it takes is to delete the e-mail and move on if you're not interested in making a donation. No one will think less of you.

Michelle,

How sad. Really! I don't know what is wrong with people.:(:(:( I feel I owe a huge debt to Sean and Jim every single time I complete a PP session. Jim moves me to be a better person. How could anyone be offended by helping another human being is beyond me?!
