<-- had a great time ice skating last night but now <--'s calves and ankles are sore
<-- wishes they had Zamboni'd the ice a few more times so it didn't get bumpy
<-- had to use all those stabilizer muscles as shock absorbers when <-- was on the bumpy ice
<-- is sooo sad to report <--'s skates are kinda falling apart
<-- haven't skated in years
<-- has kind of forgotten the years <-- spent skating
<-- wasn't really any good at it but <-- loved it anyway
<-- was happy that the woman who wanted us all to skate for her birthday was such a beautiful skater
<-- thinks there is something about watching a 42 year old woman doing a layback spin
<-- also adores her for coming out of the layback and saying "it's all bootcamp!"
