Caught Low Max on FitTV

I caught Low Max this morning on FitTV and it looks like a BLAST!!! I can't wait to get home from work and try it out. It's given me some great motivation.

Actually I'm sweating & panting by combo 3. I love this workout--it really kicks butt.

Anyone else notice that it just starts in a weird place on FitTV. It's like no warm up or anything.
