Hi there- I read your response to Jules about what videos to buy and you reccommended Gym styles and that caught my I because after an intense 5 weeks of pyramids (which did just "okay" for me) & cardio I was taking this week off and then next week I'm gonna start gym styles-so I'm real excited that those workouts are making a difference for you. I was wondering how much weight are you trying to lose- is it the last 10-15 or just a few and what dvds were you using before you tried the gym styles?? I hope these w/outs make the difference -it's really hard mentally to keep "starting over" (even tho this is a life long committment) with a new plan--thanks for any insights--deb
