First of all congratulations on your new baby! He is so cute!
I wrote to ask you of your post-pregnancy diet and workout. I know you always advice us to keep our diet as clean as possible, but can u give us the details on your diet? What do you typically eat in the morning, lunch, snack, and dinner? Do you follow the high protein/low carb diet? Or do you still eat carbs in every meal? What kind of workouts do u do? Do you often do the treadmill and elliptical trainer? Do you do more cardio than strength training? I know these are a lot of Qs. I'm sure a lot of us will benefit greatly...especially new moms!
