Cathes's music CD, anybody have that?

Hi everybody:

Just wondering if anybody has bought Cathe's music CD, and if so, how do you like it? I just got my Dynamix catalog and saw it in there and wondered how it is? (I'm sure since it's Cathe - it's got to be awesome.)

I'm looking for a good CD to throw in my player and do housework or just some good upbeat music to get me going in the morning, etc.

Any reviews???

I have it. It is excellent. It's great for getting work done, but also for having people over for a barbecue. I actually have it for my own instructor use. I am making up a step workout (I want to teach but have not yet done it!)and using this music. I also have Final Cuts, by Musclemixes. That contains many of the songs used in CTX.

I plan to get more fitness CDs like these as I actually teach, but two is enough for me right now. They wear really well- I've played them over and over, and I haven't gotten tired of them yet.
