I know it's tempting to want the exact weights that Cathe is using, but first try and see if you can find some weights you like in a local store. You will pay very high shipping charges if you buy weights on-line or through a catalog, especially the heavier ones (1 set of 20# = you pay shipping and handling for 40#).

You might check Power Systems web site - I think they carry them. I was checking these out for DH last year and think I saw them there. The problem was shipping for weights is expensive and I don't think he cares that much.
