OK maybe I'm crazy but I went to the site and looked under public rotations and found some of Cathe's stuff but nothing newer than feb04. I'm I missing or overlooking something?

Just do a search on this site. Use the advanced search feature and only include the rotations forum and Cathe Friedrich as the author, and you'll come up with all the rotations she has posted.
