I'd like to see Cathe's next series be her very own weekly workout program! (Or at least a "typical" week for her.) Like I think she posted during the Intensity series a rough outline of her very own program, which included one body part per day, some bodypumps and step, kickbox and running. Not sure how you'd put the running in, maybe an all hi-lo? I'd love to see it all put into a series with several rotation possibilities. It could be titled the "UltraMax Series."
