Cathe's Oct. rotation

I wanted to know if anyone else experienced this doing this rotation. I had done 6 months of the STS rotation and then a one month of a regular rotation and then decided to do Oct. rotation and found when jumping to MEso 3 it was very difficult to lift the same amount for chest presses this time around. Anyone else notice this?
 
I'm in week 2 of this rotation and just did Disc 31 today. I was really worried I was going to have to drop weights for all of the Meso 3 work. Surprisingly, I am going heavier. I'm super happy with myself. I finished the 3.5 month STS in July, did a couple of weeks of some of the circuit and muscle endurance work, did a rotation Fitness Freak put together then an 8 week rotation that used Pure Strength, Gym Style, Meso 3 work, and Slow & Heavy. So basically all I've been doing is a lot of strength work so maybe that's why? Then again, maybe I just got lucky and had 2 really good weight days. You know how that goes!!

Hope you're enjoying the new way to use STS though; I know I am. Kind of fun switching it up.
